Job Description

A leading company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Planner/CMMS to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Maintenance Planner/CMMS, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for the organization. You will work closely with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing production downtime.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the CMMS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on equipment, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
  2. Collaborate with maintenance team to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  3. Ensure work orders are properly assigned, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
  5. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
  6. Analyze maintenance data and generate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and other key performance indicators.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and standards.
  9. Provide technical support and training to maintenance team on CMMS usage and best practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMMS technology to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in developing and maintaining CMMS in an industrial setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  8. Proficient in using CMMS software and other relevant computer applications.
  9. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
  10. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
