Maintenance ManagerSalary - Basic 9000 SAR + 35 % HRA ( 25% Housing + 10%Transport)Responsibilities :• Develop maintenance procedure and ensure implementation• Carry out inspections of all company equipment to identify and resolve issues• Plan of all preventive maintenance for all company equipment.• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers• Keep Maintenance logs and report on daily activities.• Ensure health and safety policies are complied??Qualifications : ??•Solid understanding of technical aspects of heavy equipment, vacuum tanker, and hydro jetting machines, pumps.•Must have 10-15 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a big contracting company .•Experience in planning maintenance operations.•Solid understanding of technical aspects of heavy equipment, vacuum tanker, and hydro jetting machines, pumps.•Working knowledge of facility machines and heavy equipment.•Ability to keep track of and report on activity.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.•Having knowledge of SAP System.??
