Job Summary?? The logistics planner will ensure that the orders that he receives from the marketer are shipped to the customers in time. His role is to ensure that the end to end process of shipment is done properly. He will also receive and verify vendor invoices and ensure that the payments are made on time.?Major Duties and Responsibilities?? Ability to review and verify Logistics vendors invoices, follow-up with the concerns department for on-time payment.?? Experience with SAP (SD & MM Modules).?? Ability to review and analyst Logistics cost.?? Experience with Logistics cost market intelligent and analyses impact on business.?? Continuously review and match product inventory levels and expected product volumes within assigned areas.?? In collaboration with Marketers, ensure that all aspects of product shipments are planned and executed as required.?? Remain in close and frequent communication with relevant Marketers to ensure on-going alignment with respect to forecasted product availability and planned sales.?? Monitor product shipment schedules and adjust inventory forecasts are required.?? Participate in the weekly Salts and Operations meetings and ensure actions are tracked and executed within assigned areas.?? Revise sales data as required following reviews and ensure product allocations am clearly communicated to all Marketers based upon the Manufacturing plan?? Ensure the most appropriate spot vs. contract sales ratios era clearly defined and communicated to all Marketers.?? Critically analyze all proposed Contracts and revise as appropriate and provide the finalized and approved data for assigned areas in-line with the overall business timeline.?? Track Marketer performance vs. agreed KM for marketers in assigned areas.
