Responsible for the tests on materials, goods in process, or finished goods.
Determines the physical and chemical properties of unsaturated polyesters and epoxy vinyl resins.
Coordinates with production team on quality control of every batch of resin.
Documents inspections and testing.
Ensures the quality of raw materials received in the plant.
Supports in addressing customer requirements for finished products.
Participates in addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical assistance requirements of customers (local and abroad).
Performs routine quality check on bulk raw materials before unloading in the plant tanks.
Participates in addressing customer requirements for finished products.
Makes sure the full implementation of ISO 9001:2015.
Ensures safety in the laboratory.
Ensures that all transaction documents are kept intact and appropriately filed as per the procedures for document control and filing system.
Keeps and maintains samples of raw materials and finished products for a prescribed period of time.
Keeps up-to-date of the developments in the areas of quality control, materials use and developments, technological advances, or statistical studies.
