To perform a variety of duties in providing information systems and technology support for the achievement of company mission and objectives; administers, maintains operating stability and efficiency and ensures the security of the Company?s network systems and infrastructure; assists with the Company web site content; conducts technology research; purchases, deploys and configures new hardware and software; provides user training and support; and performs related duties as assigned.The administrator is responsible to support the IT infrastructure (Systems and Networks) in a 24/7 high availability environment. Administering and maintaining servers, printers and other shared computing infrastructure to maximize performance, security and availability. Configuring new computers and related equipment as required for ongoing business needs.Administering and maintaining local area network, internet link, public-facing services (e.g. FTP server, Email), remote access via dial-up network and VPN, to high level of security, availability and performance.Responsibilities:???Manage domain controller, servers OS, DNS, DHCP, AD windows 2008/2012.? Manage file server and user files backup? Manage Antivirus and distribution of the same to the clients? Manage LAN, WAN and VPN and Internet connectivity? Manage and administration of mail clients? Performing backups, verification and restores of all applicable business data and ensure the process continues to meet ongoing and changing business needs? Being responsible for maintenance and performance of disaster recovery procedures? Creating and maintaining documents describing network and system configuration, and other configuration control activities? Ability to administer a network, firewalls, switches, routers and communication systems? Ability to conduct orientation and train staff? Develops and maintains service level agreements with the various user departments and enterprise business units Education?
