Ability to understand the context of the material that needs to be converted to a visual format that must be appealing and understood by different level of audiences.
Ability to design power point slides and video formats as requested.
High level experience in Microsoft, advanced design software such as Photoshop, and video creating tools.
Must be creative, able to suggest and enhance the approach of the power point/video files.
Must be able to work within the company mandatory branding guidelines and still able to deliver designs and materials that are suited and memorable for multiple level of recipients.
High level of creativity to a point where the designer is expected to discuss the flow of the presentation or video and suggest an improved storytelling approach and layout of the proposed ideas.
Ability to form a very strong alliance with SABIC branding team to ensure adherence in all created work.
