Strategic Duties????????Defining and executing plans for development and increasing productivity????????Controlling expenses and keeping it within the set budget????????Raising the technical performance of the unit in the regionTechnical Duties????????Following up on daily work assignments roster and maintains work performance records????????Deploying cleaners at the Plant and checking the quality of their work contentiously????????Checking that all required cleaning materials and equipment are available and informing the Plant Production Manager if there is any shortage????????Inspecting facilities for cleaning completeness and instructing personnel to correct errorsGeneral Administrative Duties????????Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.????????Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.????????Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company.????????Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned personnel in the Human Resources Section????????Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves ?etc????????Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company????????Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
