Bachelor Degree in Instrument & Control Engineering,Min. 10 yearsof experience in Design & Engineering environment (EPC, Engineering Offices etc.) in the field ofPetrochemical, Refinery, Oil, Gas Industry.? Engineering processes and thorough knowledge of deliverables be able to deliver independently.? Carryout Engineering Calculations e.g., for sizing, capacity etc.? Carryout technology selection for items related to discipline, material selection etc.? Prepare material specifications, data sheets and functional specifications.? Coordinate, and receive design drawings from CAD & Designer.? Prepare project scope, vendor/contractor scope.? Define material and functional testing requirements.? Obtain / Provide cross-discipline inputs.? Participate in cross discipline reviews of design, engineering and scope packages.? Provide project management support e.g., review execution plan etc.? Participate & witness functional factory testing and site testing.? Provide design & engineering review of engineering carried out by outside parties e.g., LSTK contractors or engineering contractors.? Prepare purchase requisitions with engineering and material deliverables and work requirements.? Knowledge of SABIC Engineering Specifications & applicable Industry Standards and Codes (e.g. ISA, API).? Knowledge with engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, engineering standards specs and codes.? Knowledge of PC & engineering software related to the discipline.? Knowledge of Project Management processes.
