Responsible for the correctness of the job order costing in the production.
Prepares production costing sheet for the new products and monitors cost fluctuations.
Prepares inventory costing sheet and review the correctness of all the receiving either local or foreign.
Prepares Bill registration.
Monitors and prepares accruals for utility expenses monthly.
Ensure monthly proper filing of all production related documents, LGRN, IGRN, Transfer documents and related supporting documents.
Monitors weekly inventory for the non-moving, slow moving, inventory stock expiry and prepares monthly inventory analysis and its schedule.
Assist supply chain department on critical items through MRP.
Attest cycle count for all inventories with warehouse in charge and lead the team for the quarterly inventory.
