Assist in the condition monitoring data collection on the plant equipment/ installations as per the scheduled program and call-ins from plant sections as detailed in Thermography procedure.???????????????????????????To select appropriate Oil Analysis techniques and their applications for effective Predictive Maintenance of various critical equipment/ installations in different plant sections.????????????????????????????????????????To communicate with Tribology Engineer on appropriate and latest instrumentation and software for the application of identified techniques for implementation of Tribology/ Oil Analysis monitoring program.???????????To select appropriate vibration monitoring techniques and their applications for effective Predictive Maintenance of various critical equipment/ installations in different plant sections. Vibration data collection of all running rotating equipment as per the prescribed schedule??Condition monitoring data collection (Vibration, Thermography, Oil analysis) of all on-call notifications from the plant/end user.??Generation of reports along with action requests in cases of problem detection to relevant plant section and getting feedback on action taken by plant???????????????????????????????Ensure vibration monitoring instruments and its associated accessories are maintained in good condition and report for any malfunctioning so that spares can be procured in advance. Ensure that vibration analyzers are calibrated to get quality data?????????????????????????????????????????????Preparation of preliminary report of equipment for which condition monitoring data has been collected and submit it for review to the Sr. Engineer/Engineer. Responsible for monthly backup of the vibration monitoring database.??????????????????????????????????????????????Report instantly to Engineer for any abnormality observed during data collection which needs immediate maintenance attention. Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested by the superior and provide support to all areas in Reliability Enhancement programs.??
