Overview / ResponsibilitiesSISCO is currently looking for Communication & Security Engineer to work in the engineeringdepartment on EPC projects.? Experience in Engineering Design of Communication and Security System in the oil & gas,hydrocarbon and refinery, includes preparation/review of engineering deliverables.? Experience in international safety and security standard ? Including High Commission ofIndustrial Security (HCIS), ASIS, API, Saudi Aramco, Sabic and Sadara EngineeringStandards & Procedures.? Experience in Security Systems such as IDAS, MIDS, PIDS, FOFSS, LRDAS, CCTV, SACS,VASS, ANPR, Local Stand Alone, IP Based Intercom System, Physical security System, Anti-Personnel Fence, Anti Vehicle Barriers - Hydraulic Bollards, Emergency Gates - ManualSliding Gate, Security Communications, Testing, Commissioning and Acceptance.? Experience in Communication Systems such as Radio & Data Communication System,VSAT System, GPS based AVL System, Telephony System, Data Networking, StructuredCabling and Fiber Optic Network, Public Addressing system and RF and Microwaveproducts.? Verification of Preliminary design provided by Aramco, Sabic, Sadara, etc.? Participate in Engineering Site surveys and collect required information? Prepare scope of work for specialist studies required to complete the communication /Security scope of work.? Preparation/ Review MTOs.? Preparation/ Review MRs, TBEs.? Review vendor documents (NMRs)? Preparation/Review of detailed design documentation such as layouts, cable blockdiagrams, cable routing plans, junction box schedule and wiring diagrams, etc.? Participate in design review meetings as per project requirements and incorporate clientcomments on the submitted deliverables.? Resolve of all technical issues during construction and ensure that all the works done onsite are in accordance with the issued for construction (IFC) drawings, contract documentsand project specifications.? Preparation of redline drawings and As-built packages.? Support Estimation Department as follows:o To review all biding documents received from Estimation Department and raiseclarification to client for missing information.o Conduct site visit and collect all required information.o Prepare MTO / scope of work to procurement department to getvendors/subcontractors quotation.o Review technical proposals of engineering contractors and ensure compliance withclient requirements.? Suggest ways to improve efficiency, costs and service in the execution of projects.? Informs Project Management Team of any change in scope.? Prepare design change notification (DCN) report for additional scope of work and takeapproval from Client.? Perform such duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Engineering Manager.
