Commissioning & Start Up Lead ? ASU, JubailManage commissioning and start up of projects from development phase through the project development and estimation, execution and to site.The Start Up Manager will represent Air Products at site and during office development and client interactions.The role may require and extended duration at site on an agreed rotation, initially at the AP Jubail site.Advise on Commissioning techniques, review and generate work instructions, Commissioning Procedures, startup check lists and templates.Provide technical input to start-up engineers for trouble shooting, co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines during commissioning to resolve and expedite.Drive use of Completions work process, and safety during facility transition of Construction to Commissioning and subsequent handover to Operations.The incumbent must be self motivated, have an ability to handle multiple demands requiring quick resolution and manage expectation of a range of stakeholders.They must be able to build relationships quickly and communicate effectively across the organisation.
