Job Description

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of the company. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring profitable growthResponsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure favorable terms for the company. Also, follow up on variation orders, claims, and payment collections.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team.
