MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES1.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Assist in the implementation of the company safety program, ensure that all employees are adequately trained for the positions that they are employed in.2.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Direct the workforce to carry out all scheduled production activities on time and within budgets.3.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Ensure that adequate storage facilities are available to meet the production and related storage requirements.4.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Ensure that the workforce is adequately supervised, and that overtime is controlled and kept to a minimum.5.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Assist the Production Superintendent in producing action plan to improve Production, Quality, Material usage and Logistics.6.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Take action to reverse adverse trends. Any variations will report to Production Superintendent7.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Implement the required personnel reviews to identify the further training and support needed by the workforce.8.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Perform internal audits as directed by the QA Manager9.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Comply with all HSE requirements (ISO.14001. OHSA-18001 and own the process).10.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Fully in- charge to implement safety rules and ensure I.I.F.
