We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specificationsConduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibilityPlan and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standardsCoordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersMonitor project progress and prepare regular reportsEnsure adherence to local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelinesManage budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measuresResolve technical issues and provide engineering support during constructionStay updated with latest industry trends, materials, and technologiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineering license (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plusMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering projectsProficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, MS Project)Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFamiliarity with UAE or GCC construction standards and regulations is preferred
