We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Jubail.Nationality – Indians onlyDuties and responsibilities•Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the companys market presence.•Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and offering tailored solutions.•Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.•Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and maintain high client satisfaction.•Negotiate terms of business with new clients and close sales agreements.•Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on business development activities to top management.•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Mandatory Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry in Saudi Arabia.•Strong knowledge of manpower services, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Location: JubailJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:•Jubail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:•Bachelors (Preferred)Experience:•Business Development Manager - Manpower: More than 2 years in Saudi Arabia (Required)Location:•Eastern Province (Preferred) Company Profile ECC Trading & Contracting Company is a leading provider of comprehensive contracting and trading services in the industry.
