Job Description

PCC is looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager to be based in Jubail office. Area Sales Manager would be is responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities for the Drip Irrigation Pipes & Emitters in Middle Mast and in African market.Educational Qualifications: Engineering degree preferably in Agriculture Engineering. Candidates with post-graduate MBA degree is sales and marketing would a plus.Experience: More than 07 year?s experience in Sales and Marketing in Drip Irrigation is required. Should have sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of drip irrigation as this is a techno commercial role. Experience in KSA, GCC is an essential and experience in East African market would a plus.Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop & Establish relationships with the customers for Drip Irrigation Products.
  • Develop Global Distribution Network. Evaluating & Appointing distributors.
  • Gathering market data and sharing intelligence and information throughout the product line and company as appropriate.
  • Coordinating supply and demand market analysis efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force.
  • Managing product registrations and approvals in coordination with QA/QC department.
  • Representing PCC at various exhibitions and events.
  • Effectively conducting the required product training and learning sessions.
  • Providing input to site procurement for raw material selection.
  • Great knowledge of Global Drip products? demand & supply situation.
  • Fully responsible for Profi and Loss of Drip irrigation products line.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
