Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for Analyst I, Outbound LogisticsLocatedin Jubail, KSA Job Purpose: Assist to maintain outbound logistics plan and improve the efficiency of outbound performance through data collection and analysis for all Outbound Logistics processes. Analyze and provide data to improve outbound logistics efficiency and continues of growing performance.Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly shipment forecast to ensure containers availability
  • Track and maintain outbound logistics KPIs to meet all supply chain objectives
  • Build outbound logistics budget and maintain it in monthly basis.
  • Responsible for SAP implementation processes and improvements
  • Involved in RFP with procurement to ensure all requirements
  • Responsible for developing outbound logistics performance reports
  • Develop Outbound logistics spent analysis report in monthly basis
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Develop monthly service provider performance report
  • Ensure containers forecast to all shipping line to ensure containers availability
  • Report Any failure of service provider to management
  • Follow up with procurement to rejecter new service provider in SAP system
  • Build outbound logistics budget and maintain the budget in monthly basis
  • Monitors and collates supply chain cost and performance data, generates reports to support business decision making
  • Report accrual cost estimate to finance in monthly
  • Upload outbound logistics budget in IBP system
  • Ensure All Outbound logistics users are authorized to the role assigned to them in SAP.
  • Create GRC request for new tractions required by end User
  • Responsible to upload all ocean and Inland freight in SAP system
  • Create new routing in SAP if required
  • Collaborate with SAP to implement new process or SAP enhancement
  • Develop ocean freight tracking report from lowest to highest rate
  • Prices comparison to be developed once required
  • Responsible to raise spot rate for new request from marketing team
  • Involved in RFP with procurement to ensure all requirements
  • Develop scope of work for new or existing contract to meet outbound logistics requirements
  • Provide procurement with contractor?s evaluation report
  • Provide all new destinations to procurement to add them in the new tender
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in the related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.
