III, NATURE AND SCOPEWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise construction project (mainly Building Project in an operating Plant) from design stage to construction completion. The incumbent will lead and oversee Project LifeCycle Process of Projects from design to completion of the project and ensure they are completed in a timely andefficient manner.A Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The goal will be to ensure projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results mainly, but not limited to:Lead the Project Life Cycle of the Company (JIGPC) Admin Building from Conceptual development to Project Closeout.Coordinate and manage all the approvals from regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholdersDevelop the Program Scope, formulate and follow the tender management plan, select the bestsub-contractor, manage, and execute the Program.Commission, Functional Check and successful Project Closeout to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders.Responsible for following up on instructions andcommitments associated with the project.Need to participate in meetings with Jazan EconomicCity, Saudi Aramco Management, HCIS andRegulatory authorities to get permission andapprovals of design.Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan,Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/QualityControl Plan, and other documents as required, inline with Company Requirements.Establishes the program requirements for all areas ofthe project, monitors and coordinate the approvals offinal deliverables with key stakeholders.Works with the key project individual to devise andexecute actions plans to rectify potential costoverruns or delays, or to accommodate significantchanges to the scope of work. Advises the companymanagement of any such changes. The ProjectManager is specifically responsible for maintainingcurrent and timely change orders.Promotes technical and commercial excellence on theproject through application of Quality Assuranceprocesses.Monitors and reports to management on the progressof all project activity within the program, includingsignificant milestones, and any conditions, whichwould affect project cost or schedule.Establishes weekly meeting to review project statusand formulate action items.ÿ
