Site Project Coordinator - JIZAN and Qualifications

Assist in resource allocation and coordination to ensure project activities are properly scheduled and executed.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Track and maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and other relevant records.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Support conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Coordinate with project teams to implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures.
Support HSE initiatives by promoting and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE improvement initiatives.
