PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSafetyMaintain a safe work environment.˙Demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent˙all˙injuries.˙Ensure proper documentation is maintained for safety related activities.˙Engineering:You will provide process engineering technical input and task leadership across the following:All commissioning activities including Commissioning Engineering Support, Commissioning and Startup Procedure Review and Pre-Startup Safety Review;Reviews of process safety hazards prior to startup including providing input for review Safety Integrity Level assessments and Layer Of Protection Analysis;Field validation of SIS and DCS systems with Control and Process Control Engineers;Control room operations during first start-up to guide Operations and ensure safe startup;The identification of performance gaps, troubleshooting of problems, and development of solutions to resolve plant operating issues.The development and delivery of the performance testing program for the facility following successful startupIdentification, development and driving improvements to meet financial targets.Process safety reviews including HAZOP.Driving the management of change process to ensure that all plant modifications have considered safety, reliability, operability and financial impacts.Providing effective interfaces with technical functions in other departments and operations Managers.Development and execution of process design aspects for smaller projects and plant modifications.Development of functional requirement specifications and scope of work packages for larger plant modifications and expansions and support the execution team during project lifecycle.Chair design and management of change review meetings.Providing training to operations and engineering teams
