and QualificationsSUMMARYThe Jazan IGCC is the world?s largest IGCC facility processing up to 100,000BPD of vacuum residue to generate 2100 MMSCFD syngas used for H2, steam and 3.8 GW of power generation. The ASU is an integral part of the IGCC and is the largest Air Separation Facility Air Products has built and commissioned: comprising of 6 trains and supplying 20,000 MT/day ofOxygen and 55,000 MT/day of Nitrogen to downstream units.The facility is located in the Jazan Economic City, in the province of Jazan, KSA.JIGPC requires a Senior QA Engineer based at site.Duties:

  • Responsible for implementation and continual improvement of construction quality control.
  • Communicate with EPC Contractors to ensure compliance with Company and Project specifications.
  • Responsible for all quality surveillance and inspection activities in line with the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
  • Carryout receiving inspection where applicable.
  • Record inspection and surveillance details and monitor quality performance of the EPC Contractors based on inspection results.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports where necessary and monitor timely close out.
  • Generate weekly highlights and other periodic reports as required by the QA/QC Manager.
  • Identify potential quality issues at site and take the lead in resolving such issues.
  • Review and verify quality documentation.
