Job Description

We are currently seeking a Revenue Supervisor to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue generation activities and ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze revenue generation activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Prepare and review financial reports, including revenue statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
  3. Manage the billing process, including reviewing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment collection.
  4. Oversee the recording and reconciliation of financial transactions, including sales, refunds, and adjustments.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  6. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  8. Supervise and train junior finance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a revenue management role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and standards.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
