Job Description

SUMMARYThe Jazan IGCC is the worlds largest IGCC facility processing up to 100,000BPD of vacuum residue to generate 2100 MMSCFD syngas used for H2, steam and 3.8 GW of power generation. The ASU is an integral part of the IGCC and is the largest Air Separation Facility Air Products has built and commissioned: comprising of 6 trains and supplying 20,000 MT/day of Oxygen and 55,000 MT/day of Nitrogen to downstream units.The facility is located in the Jazan Economic City, in the province of Jazan, KSA. JIGPC requires a Senior QA Engineer based at site.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • An important role in developing and implementing JIGPC Quality Management System.
  • Duties will include planning, developing, preparing, and executing internal audits.
  • The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
  • Monitor all quality related activities on the project
  • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
  • Attend client quality management meetings
  • The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
  • Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
  • Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
  • Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
  • Monitor statistical method reporting.
