Process Controls & Cybersecurity Project Manager and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThe Process Controls & Cybersecurity Project Manager role is to oversee and ensure the development of a broad mixture of holistic process controls upgrade projects and cyber security systems for the protection of facilities, personnel, data, and assets. Using a combination of project management skills and specific process controls and cyber security system knowledge. The Process Controls & Cybersecurity Project Manager should coordinate and manage the process controls and security projects through their progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within specified time and budget constraints.The project manager should ensure the implementation of necessary actions to adhere to applicable Saudi Arabian laws / regulations, Saudi Aramco standards, and guidelines.The project manager will be responsible for simultaneously executing numerous process controls upgrade and security-related projects which are varied and complex in naturethat is not limited to:

  • Creating full scale Project plans.
  • Defining and Planning projects? scope.
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans.
  • Tracking project deliverables.
  • Manage, mitigate, and report project risks and issues to senior team.
  • Manage and report project cost
  • Manage up to 10 project team members
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assume full accountability of all phases of the project.
  • Develop and update execution and resource plans and strategies in support of project execution plan and schedule for all phases of the project to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Create full scale project plans and assist with monitoring and tracking of Process Controls and Cyber Security solution offerings with focus on external and internal stakeholder congruity and other keymetrics.
  • Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders have adequate opportunity to provide input, comments, endorsements and approvals.
  • Minimize risks through early identification, planning, and selection of best possible contracting strategies and proactive Project Management practices which focus on prevention of problems.
  • Monitor the progressive cost of the project against approved budgets. Identify potential problems with same and make mitigating recommendations.
  • Control change to Project Deliverables during the life of the project
  • Articulate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals, and deliverables.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines (activities, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation)
  • Manage technical projects, utilizing established project tools andmethodologies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and associated project documents.
  • Manage and monitor project budget and procurement requirements.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, manage, mitigate and report project risks and issues to PM team.
  • The Process Controls & Cybersecurity project manager is required to facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the projects goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks, or complications.
  • The Process Controls & Cybersecurity project manager is responsible to stay current with any advances or changes in equipment, technology, and methodology.
  • Manage various DCS upgrade and security focused projects across a large complex organization. This includes facilitating the planning and the prioritization of complex process controls vendor and cybersecurity services. These may have significant complexity across many offices, departments, and entities. Projects may include significant business process and/or technology change.
  • Work directly with partners, vendors, staff, and agencies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with legal, contracting, procurement, finance, communications, agencies, and departments to ensure successful project rollout, communications and adoption.
  • Manage the following tasks: multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, develop request for information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP), benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, reporting and closeout of project upon completion.
  • Facilitates business case analysis on approved project proposals and assists in the development of project charters including cost estimation, project duration, expected benefits, and projected return on investment.
  • Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while managing complex budgets, including planning and forecasting.
  • Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Overseeing data analysis of incident and threat response; developing and implementing plans to improve procedures.
  • Proactively addressing changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Continuously reviewing, improving, and executing business policies and procedures.
  • Creating thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects; presenting findings to senior leadership on a routine basis
  • Resolving varied problems and conducting internal audits as needed.
  • Coordinate resources (team members, equipment, and consultants) across multiple projects and departments.
