ASU Plant Process EngineerPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide plant process engineering technical support to maintain safe, reliable and efficient plant operations for the Jazan IGCC ASU located in the Jazan Economic City.
Provide engineering support to identify performance gaps, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions to resolve plant operating issues.
Provide technical support for developing and driving productivity improvements to meet our financial targets.
Support controls and advanced controls functions to achieve consistent and optimum plant performance.
Provide process safety support, including technical and safety reviews for MOC?s, Hazard Reviews, and RCAs.
Provide effective interfaces with ASU and IGCC technical functions, laboratory team, and Operations Managers.
Support Product Management, Supply Chain and Energy teams to implement operating strategies to optimize product sourcing.
Support KPIs and Plant Assessment activities to leverage improvement projects.
Support development and execution for new projects, plant modifications, and plant expansions.
Provide training to operations and engineering as appropriate.
Establish and maintain compliance with all company and local regulations.
Provide engineering support to develop the annual budget for the process equipment, maintenance, and repair program.
Employ appropriate project development and project management activities (including scope, budget, schedule, execution strategies, risk plans, cost collection / reporting, etc.) for the execution of all projects and turnaround activities.
Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good example, open communication, good listening, and timely problem resolutions.
Foster and support positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability, and cost of quality goals.
