Job Description

  • Installs, adjusts, and repairs the electronic equipment associated with the transmission of audio and video signals to the public.
  • Determines, regulates, and logs the strength of the signals beamed from the station to the public.
  • Regulates the quality and strength of the sounds being recorded through the use of microphones, amplifiers and a variety of audio equipment.
  • Ensures the quality, brightness, color, and contrast of the visual images being recorded or broadcast.
