Responsible for Supervising the training section in 3 branches (Riyadh, Dammam & Jeddah) and conduct all training processes, facilitation and training completion in line with TUV and Management Business Goals? Both oversees and provides the modules, training program & materials to the 3 branches (Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah) of training section. ? Monitors skill sets and determines when recertification is needed and prioritize training needs.? Designs, implements, and maintains training programs in all locations.? Identify implementation needs for new programs and drive continuous improvements for existing programs.? Ability to develop new programs in accordance with TUV Standard? Research and develop departmental training guide for essential function of the all staff and employees? Coordinates and communicate with the consultant and managers for technical training resources as necessary to meet business needs.? Assists leadership in updating and maintaining the required skill flex for all positions.? Evaluate new employees ? Monitors, measures and reports on associate training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.? Maintain awareness and knowledge of training and development theory methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and associates within the organization? Ensure training materials meet with and align to industry and organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
