We are looking for Sales Executive for Dammam-KSAPurpose Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.Key Responsibility Area:? Responsible and accountable for designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensures its strong presence? Responsible and accountable for building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs? Responsible and accountable for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team? To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.? Responsible and accountable for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.? Responsible for presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team? Responsible for identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status? Responsible for establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand? Responsible and accountable for preparing the Sales budget. Ensures expenses are within the budget by providing cost-effective controls on expenditure? Responsible and accountable for periodically reviewing the performance of the team and ensuring they meet the objectives? Responsible and accountable for identifying the training needs of subordinates, providing the requisite training internally or where possible externally? Responsible for presenting periodic MIS reports of the department operations to the management ? Responsible for upholding the Vision, Mission and values of the organization
