1) B.S. from an accredited university with 5 years experience overseeing all phases of janitorial requirements and complaince for a large medical university or hospital complex; 2) Must be able to communicate well in verbal and written Engish; 3) Ability to write and use various management reportsto track and report on a largenumber of ongoing janitorial projects at once. 4) Must be able to supervise a muli-national work force; 5) Must possess demontrable computer handling skills; 6) Must be able to obtain driver's license.
