? High school diploma, with associate or bachelor level technical degree (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) highly preferred, ? Technical vocational training (2-3 years) and documented craft work experience in one of the major crafts at the journey man level (7-10 years), with multi-skill cross training and experience; or 5 years experience as a maintenance planner with a substantial industrial company. ? Full fluency (reading, writing and speaking) and ability to fully comprehend manufacturers O & M literature, spares nomenclature, etc ? Full familiarity and prior experience in use of modern stat-of-the-art computerized maintenance management system, including demonstrable computer handling skills. ?
