And we are looking to recruit an Senior Cost Engineer role; Previous experience in Infrastructure and housing/building projects is preferred.Roles and Responsibilities:? Skilled in preparing, updating and monitoring cash flow and forecasts? Capable of preparing, processing, auditing invoices.? Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment? Familiar with SAP? Proficiency with MS ProjectKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCEQualification, Technical Skills and Competencies Required to Execute this RoleQualifications :Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related disciplineChartered or Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferredSkills : In depth knowledge in the supervision consultants, ensuring that quality control procedures.Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantageExperience Required to Execute this Role:Overall Experience: Expats minimum experience required 15 years Saudi nationals 10+ years of industry experience in the monitor site performance of the contractor and supervision consultantsSpecific Experience: 5+ years of experience in the engineering in a top tier regional / multinational engineering consultancy firmExperience in the Middle East projects will be an added advantage.Desirable: Consultant background
