Our HAWK and Patriot Logistics Sustainment Services (HPLSS) Program has an immediate need to hire a Senior Configuration Engineer to support Saudi Patriot. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon team to gain international experience!Roles and responsibilities include? Establishes and maintains database for configuration control of the Patriot Air Defense System.? Analyzes ECPs and prepares and submits recommendations relative to ECP technical improvements, benefits, acceptance and incorporation into the government s hardware.? Provides supply, maintenance and training activities with major end item serial number effectivity data and with the part number of all secondary items affected by ECPs approved by the government for application.? Coordinates gathering modification kit requirements, checks inputs for accuracy, consolidates receipts and prepares and submits reports listing total procurement needs to satisfy both major and secondary item installation requirements.? Prepares and maintains records to reflect all modification work orders (MWOs) applicable to the patriot system, MWOs previously applied and MWOs approved and awaiting application.? Periodically updates configuration database to reflect current status of the patriot equipment.? Establishes and maintains a similar system for configuration control of equipment which is unique to the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF).? Prepares technical reports and performs other related duties as directed.Required Skills:? Native language Arabic speaker? Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in configuration management.? A thorough understanding of all mil-standards applicable to configuration management, including mil-std-480 and the ability to analyze ECPs to include accompanying part lists (PLS) and engineering documentation is required? Proficient with the MS Office suite of tools? Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced, and changing environment? Strong oral and written communication skills? Ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently & operate effectively at all levels of the organizationRequired Education (including Major):? Bachelor of Science degree in Engineeringor Applied Science with 4 years related experience may substitute experience for education. (i.e., Associates degree with 8 years of related experience, or High School graduate with 12 years of related experience.
