Job Description

Sales Executive Modern Trade JeddahJob ObjectiveContribute to achieving the objectives of the company by following the sales plan & sharing the updates with the line manager continuously.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management:

  • Responsible for sales process and target achievements
  • Responsible for opening new customers
  • Responsible for collection
  • Representing the promotions & offers to clients
  • Provides weekly & monthly reports to his superior.
  • Responsible to follow & deliver the company policy & procedure as the company`s representative
  • Responsible for any activity required to implement in the channel , marketing material etc,,
  • Responsible for shelf share increasing & maintaining & updating all the required data in the channel .
  • Responsible to follow the shelf life of our products & control the damages & expiry in his market .
  • Control of delivering products in time
  • Collecting information about competitors work (price monitoring, conducting promo activities,
  • representation, etc.);
  • Timely informing customers about price changes.
  • Account Receivable: (products, packaging):
  • FMCG strong background with multinational brands
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work quickly & accurately & able to perform under pressure
  • Problem solving .
  • Standards Management:
  • Monitoring of the compliance with the assortment matrix;
  • Monitoring of the compliance with planograms (if it?s contracted, including availability of necessary
  • POSm);
  • Ensuring the relevance and correct placement of price tags on products.
Administrative Work
  • Informing the management of their activities in due time
  • Reporting to the management in accordance with the company policy;
  • Executing other tasks received from the management;
  • Following all agreed standards, regulations and rules established in the company;
  • Dealing with the inquiries and requests of MHP Saudi Arabia Trading Company, employees and consumers;
  • Preparation and participation in the reporting meetings.
