Job Description

A leading company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the retail industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and minimize costs.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to senior management.
  5. Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, cash management, and working capital management.
  6. Coordinate and oversee the annual financial audit process.
  7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
  8. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company.
  9. Stay up to date with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the company.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the retail industry.
  2. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  10. Attention to detail and accuracy.
