We are looking for Production Manager for Jeddah Saudi Arabia Responsibilities:?Managed end-to-end operations of the production shop with multiple production lines for manufacturing curtain walls, structural glazing, composite panel cladding, doors, windows, skylights, stainless steel railing, stainless steel wall and column cladding and glass bonding.?Lead, organize, direct and control day-to-day operations of the factory producing a wide range of aluminum architectural products curtain walls, doors and windows.?Analyzed pending sales orders, project requirements and priorities, developed weekly and monthly production schedules and monitored execution for on time within budget deliveries.?Planned and mobilized all production resources including raw materials, consumables, tools and manpower and supervised optimum utilization to maximize productivity.?Supervised all production activities ensuring delivery of products on time meeting order specifications and drawings while complying with applicable national and international codes and standards.?Managed all technical activities related to operations including review and approval of shop drawings, method statements, bills of quantities and cutting plans. ?Strong communication skills with excellent soft skills ,well disciplined (Disciplined Person -Disciplined thinking -Disciplined Execution )?Supported project and sales teams in customer interactions including identification of requirements, development of proposals and resolution of technical issues and problems.?Develop and implement production and shipment schedules and work plans for optimum utilization of all plant resources including equipment, manpower, tools and materials for achieving all physical and financial business objectives.?Coordinate with and guide production supervisors in allotting and controlling workforce ensuring execution of all planned jobs on time meeting quality and safety standards.?Implement the factory quality assurance and quality control policy and procedures including final inspections of products before dispatch from the plant.?Fabrication & Estimation of Aluminum Curtain walls, Doors & windows & Skylight multi-storied buildings, Villa, Show Room & Etc. ?Study of design Calculations for Structure glazing, curtain wall & Skylight .?Strong communication skills with experience in working with multi-cultural employees
