Job Description

Title: Product ManagerLocation: Saudi Arabia Riyadh / JeddahSummary:- An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager in Jeddah.- The applicant is responsible for executing marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes Urology products (Lasers / Devices / Consumables).- This role focuses on the coordination with the Sales Team / Manager to drive revenue and market share for the division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company.- The Product Manager will be selling unique devices.- Essential Job Functions All MOH/GOC/Institutions/Private sectors inclusion and access Smoothness of the purchase cycle (POs awarding and goods delivery)Support to open new accounts, penetrate remote areas and build new relations.- Support the team to understand governmental market dynamics and changes.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers / suppliers- Conduct product presentations to different customers level: physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.- Conduct product training to in house.- Training to include product features and benefits, positioning, competitive advantages, and role play.- Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs making recommendation to management when appropriate.- Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.- Assist SM and BU to develop business plan for a particular market or product- Identifies business growth opportunities and unmet customer requirements and provide vision and focus to move ideas to the marketplace.- Collect data and keep it up to date on various market trends: usage, hospitals, customers, KOLs and competitions.- Collect competitive intelligence through fields visits and exposure to customers and hospitals- Assist SM and BU with local customer events as needed- Responsible for new product trials and evaluation and report results back to the SM and BU.- Responsible for collecting clinical data if clinical trials are being conducted in the market.- Conduct field visits on regular basis in coordination with the SM- Meeting marketing plan as per product line including implement methods to achieve marketing plans for each quarter.- Plan and manage product demonstrations, events, and workshops- Contributes to the improvement of marketing processes and workflow.- Assume Additional Responsibilities as Required- Assist in inducting new marketing initiatives.Requirements: Degree within Health Sciences or a Biomedical Degree Previous Sales Experience in Medical DevicesExperience: At least 3 years relevant in sales and marketing experience In-theatre and or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.
