Job Description

Role Title: Field Service Engineer (Biomedical)Location: Saudi Arabia Riyadh / JeddahEssential Job Functions 1. Perform corrective repairs / maintenance visits 2. Execute technical corrective actions 3. Generate and develop revenue in area of responsibility 4. Perform installations and provide In-Service and orientation training 5. Feedback quality situation and issues from field to Service and Quality Management 6. Maintain and update installed database of medical devices and related information in area of responsibility 7. Maintain medical device records according to company procedures, standards and local regulations 8. Provide support to sales and marketing (replacements, special sales programs, demos, congresses, exhibitions, workshops, etc.)Requirements ú University degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant disciplines ú 3+ years of field service experience ú Strong knowledge in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns. ú Experience with Laser Equipment & Service (Surgical / Ophthalmic / Aesthetic) is a must ú Strong customer service and communication skills ú Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting ú Advanced level of English & Arabic is a mustú Excellent command of Microsoft Office applicationsIndustry: Bio Medical.Applications: If you share our passion for ground-breaking innovation and can demonstrate how you meet the criteria outlined, we would love to hear from you
