OrganisationA leading pioneer food and beverage company service in the Middle East.? Role:? Responsible for leading operations, business growth and profitability of cloud kitchens.? Delivering on company strategy via planning and executing it across operation, by setting up a strong performance oriented team.? Manage a team of cross function departments (Operations, Marketing,IT, HR& Training, Call center/ customer service team) to deliver the business goals & ensuring respective KPIs are achieved.? Working closely with the CEO of F&B sector and solving for long term / short term business and capacities planning.? Work with IT and ensure necessary tech integrations across all operational touch points.? Work closely with HR for ensuring kitchen staff is readily organized to meet expansion demand.? Work closely with Executive chef to develop new concepts & menu re-engineering.? Work closely with architects to develop kitchen layouts to accommodate client restaurant needs.? Managing key partner relationships with food aggregators- Hungerstation, Talabat & UberEats etc. and ensure KPIs are being met and operation standards are as per organizations standards.? Negotiate the commercials, terms and condition with the food partners and third party rider aggregators.? Drive trials and innovate to keep improving customer experience as well as internal stakeholder experience. Charter the same through project management for rollout of these successful projects.? P&L Accountability for the cloud kitchen business model.? Drive productivity & efficiencies of all Business channels leading to a profitable business model.? Candidate? Minimum 10 years-experience in F&B? Minimum 5 years as operations managers? Experience in delivery model restaurant is a must? Experience in cloud kitchen is preferable.? Graduate? Location : Jedaah, Saudi Arabia? Salary: SAR 15-18000 per month (INR 2.8 - 3.4 L per month)?
