SummaryAssists patients and staff with medical eligibility problems and issues; coordinates with other departments as necessaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties1.Receives and assist patients, employees and other hospital staff with questions regarding medical eligibility issues/cases; coordinates with other departments in resolving problems.2.Analyzes documents to determine patients/employees eligibility.3.Receives and processes persons/patients with referral letters.4.Reviews and forwards relevant information regarding discharged patients and eligible specialities to appropriate departments.5.Processes Medical Treatment Exceptions for non-Saudi patients who have a Royal Order.6.Coordinates with physicians regarding delayed medical information.7.Submits periodic reports of activities.8.Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.9. Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.EducationBachelor's degree in Nursing is required.Experience RequiredTwo (2) years of related experience with Bachelor s Degree in acute care hospital and/or relevant nursing experience required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse is required.Bilingual Skills
