Have the opportunity to see the true impact that youre having in the work you do - every small thing counts.Job Scope:Maintain healthy Inventory to help securing targeted CCFOT and executing various activities and improvements collaborating with various stakeholders, third party service providers, and customers as per the company strategy to enhance products availability and visibility on the marketplace to achieve the desired service levels and costRole & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targeted Inventory Record Accuracy and Maintaining those levels through day-to-day actions
  • Monitor Inventory Accuracy and ensure proper controls are in place and being followed on a daily basis
  • Performing the reconciliation of the stocks available between SAP & WMS
  • Leading and executing any actions required to close variances between both SAP & WMS
  • Processing stock movement orders required and supervising its physical execution on the ground
  • Generating regular stock reports and solving any issues captured
  • Monitor the Stock Allocation in the correct buckets between SAP & WMS
  • Lead various projects regarding Logistics network & stock management optimization
  • Deal with liquidation requests to help reducing SLOBs
  • Validate 3PL Bills and raise payments while following up on their closure with finance
  • Optimizing the Warehouse capacity
  • Performing analysis on supply chain operations processes and sharing business proposals to optimize and solve ongoing issues / losses available in the network.
  • Communicate with Finance for the monthly provisions
  • Supervising the Reverse Logistics E2E Cycle for market returns for both system & physical operations from the physical collection of the stocks until raising the credit notes to the customers and reversing the goods back to the sellable locations
  • Communicating with the vendors for handling units availability & delivery as well as raising the relevant payments
  • Managing any arisen issues with the 3PL and uplifting operations
  • Review & monitor 3PL KPIs on a Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Leading destruction & liquidation agenda for the obsolete stocks
  • Leading stock count activity and executing the proper actions required post the stock count with all stakeholders
  • Following up with the 3PL and holding them accountable for any short or excess stocks not captured in the system
Key Competencies & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • 1 - 3 Years of Experience in Logistics within FMCG industry
  • Experienced in using SAP
