If you re interested read more about the role below.About the HR Manager positionWe are looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This is an exciting opportunity to take on the responsibility of all areas of the HR function.You will be an experienced, hands-on HR professional, educated to degree level with experience in HR strategy, training and recruitment. Ideally from a Learning & Development industry background.HR Manager responsibilities are:? To be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from the organisation? Develop and implement the policies and procedures? Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes? Manage absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness? Keep up to date with the latest legal requirements and regulations affecting human resources? Support the recruitment process, training and onboarding of the new employees? Manage talent and succession planning? Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals? Support change management processesHR Manager requirements are:? Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role? Bachelor s degree in HR or equivalent? Saudi Nationals only? Proficiency in English and Arabic required? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Advanced knowledge of HR systems Oracle or SuccessFactors? Previous experience in recruitment, training and HR strategy?
