Job DescriptionOur client is currently looking for a Head Chef for a new restaurant opening in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will motivate the kitchen staff to consistently produce high quality food whilst maintaining a disciplined but calm working environment. You will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation and will oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. To apply for this role you will have at least 5 years experience as a Head Chef and will be holding a Degree in culinary science or related certificate. You must be competent in cooking Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. We will only respond to those of you who are shortlisted.
