Position: Investment OfficerQualifications:Job Type: Medium level Accounting and Finance Professional.Required Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related Field e.g. marketing, economics or business administration. An MBA is strongly desired.Certificate/License: CPA, CA or equivalent in work experience.Required Experience: 5 to 8 years experience working in investment banking or corporate finance, doing investment and project evaluation, as well as working knowledge of capital markets.Other Qualities: * Knowledge in a wide variety of investment products and investment strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Demonstrated ability to work constructively in fast-phased And high-stress environment. * Self motivated, with a history of exceeding goals. * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and Professional demeanor. * Well organized, flexible and multi-task oriented. * Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet applications. * Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.Main Responsibility:o Assist in the review and recommendation of investment proposals.o Assist in monitoring and managing existing Investment Portfolio.Reporting and Team Relationship:o This position reports to the Financial/Investment Advisoro A member of the Investment Department and is expected to contribute consistently and effectively to the operations of the team. Job Description:o Analyze investment proposals and equity investments and make appropriate recommendations to management.o Analyze financial statements, particularly regarding various measures of profitability and cash flow, balance sheet strength, and quality of assets.o Valuation and analysis of Initial Public Offerings (IPO), as well fundamental and technical analysis of traded shares of stocks.o Overseeing and managing investment transactions from deal development through closing.o Closely monitoring the local stock market for key developments that may impact the Portfolio.o Monitoring and reporting on the performance of each investment. o Perform or manage other responsibilities as required.- Transferable Iqama
