We are looking for Architect Engineer/ Manager Should have experience in design quality standards and guidelines for the concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and construction drawings phases while adhering to local regulations and building standards?Manage all architectural Engineer/ consultants on a periodic basis to ensure that designs and technical drawings are carried out appropriately and aligned with the approved designs?Assist Development Managers in the development of design briefs as required?Assist with the scoping of design activities and technical evaluation of bids when required?Prepare recommendations for MEP and Structural & Civil before carrying out architectural design modifications for interfaces of building structures?Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers in identifying and flagging architectural issues and potential value engineering initiatives?Communicate any design changes to Architecture & Interior in order to liaise with Development Management to reflect in on asset business plan and forecasts?Review mock ups and provide comments for final implementation on the ground?Assist Government Relations in preparing permit and applying for licenses
