About this opportunity!ÿWe are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Professional who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for multiple countries and business units across the market area Middle East & Africa.   • Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
  • Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist.
  • Manage various internal and external tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, , Job boards etc.) to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  • Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesÿ(Phone screening) using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to candidates following Ericsson compensation guidelines.
  • Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, promoting Ericsson ?s reputation as ?best place to work?.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
ÿYou will bringÿ
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years in multinational environments
  • Expertise in full recruitment cycle processes such as sourcing active/passive talent through traditional and non-traditional methods using platforms like , GitHub, headhunting, and more
  • Expertise in hiring great people with technical (preferably ICT & Telecom technologies)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other systems like SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based recruiting software.
  • Experience in mass recruitment & working in a matrix organization
  • Experience in hiring local and international talent
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High focus on stakeholder management and candidate experience
  • Experience in talent research a plus
