Take Initiatives for employee motivation and team building skills.
Manage and implement the various in-house training programs to ensure consistent administration, provide open communication and promote a positive and pro-associate work environment
Advocate the Open Door Policy by assisting in the counselling and/or discipline of associates as needed, through clear, calm and direct oral written communication
Conduct Interviews, track trends and actively handle company HRIS systems
Collaborate with regional office and 3rd Party companies to hire the best talent as per company regulations
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain and keep confidential detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Implementing HR management regulations and policies.
Involve in HRBP function role to deliver solutions in support of business strategies.
Executing HR practices, and procedures and continuously enhancing HR standard operation procedures.
Continuously review process of transformation, talent management and workforce planning.
Deal with employee grievances and offer support and resolution
