Our ARLA-trained team offers operational support, R&D solutions, marketing strategies, and business development plans to help our clients optimize performance, reduce costs up to 75% and reach their growth goals.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced candidate for Real Estate Analyst to undertake design development and delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on commercial real estate markets, including trends, rental rates, occupancy levels, supply/demand dynamics, and economic factors that affect property values.
  • Analyze and assess the financial viability of real estate projects, including cash flow analysis, ROI (Return on Investment), NPV (Net Present Value), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return).
  • Develop and prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for potential acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio optimization.
  • Assist in financial modeling, including the preparation of detailed financial projections for real estate investments, using advanced Excel techniques and industry-standard tools.
  • Assess legal, regulatory, and zoning requirements related to real estate transactions, and provide recommendations on compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure that all aspects of real estate transactions are thoroughly evaluated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key market indicators, such as property prices, vacancy rates, rental yields, and market forecasts, to inform decision-making and investment strategy.
  • Provide support in preparing investor presentations, reports, and documentation related to real estate investments and market analysis.
  • Assist with due diligence processes for acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, ensuring all financial, legal, and operational aspects are fully addressed.
  • Support senior analysts and management in identifying new opportunities for investment, development, and portfolio expansion.
