We want to empower the Pakistani middle class, with a special focus on women who are currently not part of the Pakistani financial ecosystem, and help establish hundreds of thousands of new online entrepreneurs in the coming years. We enable anyone in Pakistan to start their online business withÿzeroÿinvestment from the comfort of their home and make money by selling products through different social media channels like WhatsApp and Facebook. All they have to do is download the Markaz app, get access to 1,000s of products, share them on their social media with a profit margin and get orders. Our job would be to enable you to become the best version of yourself and help you achieve your own personal goals along with our mission!About the Role:As a Supplier Experience Intern, you will be responsible for developing business, generating leads, and acquiring new suppliers for our marketplace. You will work closely with our city teams,ÿ and help us increase our supply base and foot print across Pakistan. You will be working on different tools and technologies to automate lead generation process and develop reporting. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.What We Expect You To Do:ÿ

• Conduct outreach to suppliers via email, phone, and social media platforms to introduce our marketplace and its benefits
• Coordinate with city teams to identify local suppliers and develop acquisition strategies to help achieve targets
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure their ongoing engagement with our platform
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to attract new suppliers and buyers
• Assist with the development of sales materials and presentations
• Utilize tools to extract leads from the web and identify potential suppliers for our marketplace
• Develop reporting and dashboarding capabilities to provide visibility into business development efforts

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program or recent graduate in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
