Grade Level: L4Location: IslamabadFunction: Digital Financial Services (JazzCash)Last date to apply: 30th May 2022What is Stream Head Growth?The Stream Head of Growth is responsible for managing base growth, customer life cycle, P&L and budget for the Fintech business and all products in the portfolio. Leading the growth team manage all segments by designing, testing, executing, analyzing and scaling consumer campaigns to manage acquisition, retention and engagement on omni-channel touchpoints in extensive collaboration with product, sales, customer value management, marketing, compliance and technology teams. The position is responsible for strategy and execution of commercial concerns for JazzCash.The role reports directly to the Head of Growth & Analytics and has 3 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 9 team members.What does Stream Head Growth do?

  • Develop and execute complete 1-3 year commercial and growth strategy and execution for JazzCash
  • Maximize and deliver end to end customer lifecycle starting from customer targeting, on boarding, engagement, retention and deactivation for all product portfolio
  • Forecast and analyze trends and numbers of customer acquisition, churn, rejoiners etc. and develop plans to scale accordingly
  • Manage P&L as well as ensure achievement of customer and revenue objectives efficiently
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve quality customers targeting, conversion to onboarded customers, engagement (usage uplift and diversification) and retention
  • Work closely with the executive team and ensures compliance with project related requirements, quality standards and timelines
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with teams for project status updates and resolution of escalated issues
  • Alter and scale up successful activities, evaluate results of prior day/week campaigns as well as manage customer life cycle and consumer campaigns
  • Identify new segments for JazzCash in line with the strategy and collaborate with channels team for making products available at all channels
  • Collaborate with related departments to design segmented campaigns with cross-selling, up-selling and bundling opportunities to ensure higher usage/activity levels
  • Manage commercial budget for DFS in an efficient manner
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements from both the Central Bank and Telecom regulator.
  • Engages with multi-functional teams for special assignments and ensures timely achievement of set goals.

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Management/Business/Marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience, inclusive of 2 years in a people management role
  • Managing P&L/CLM/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG industry
  • Significant experience in product growth, digital and performance marketing
  • Detailed knowledge of digital economy and comprehensive knowledge of product growth
  • Expert knowledge of budgeting and planning
  • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Proven track record of strong analytical and decision-making skills
